Painter & Decorator
Opportunity for a Painter & Decorator to join a Property Maintenance contractor working on sites across West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. We are looking for experienced courteous decorators to join our team, who take pride in their work.
Immediate start available with ongoing work for the right candidates.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ability to paint to high standard
- Working quick and efficiently
- Good knowledge of materials
- Quality finishing
- Mixture of internals and externals
- Own Vehicle
- Driving licence and own tools
Job Types: Permanent on a self-employed basis
Pay: Dependant on experience and performance (will be discussed on application)
Schedule: 8 hour shift

Skilled Labourer
We are looking for a skilled Labourer, who has a head for heights. We work from cherry pickers and an IPAF licence would be desirable but not essential.
The role will suit someone who is a general tradesman / handyman or someone who has been involved in external property maintenance who can carry out a number of different types of jobs. You will need to have your own transport and tools.
Our yard is based in Chichester, West Sussex and we work all over the South East of England.
Job Types: Permanent on a self-employed basis
Pay: Dependant on experience and performance (will be discussed on application)

Experience: Skilled Labour: 1 year (preferred)
