Welcome to MC Property Maintenance
At MC Property Maintenance, we offer professional high-access services across the South East of England. In addition to our growing cherry picker rental service, our team carries out property maintenance, painting and decorating services, lighting maintenance and pest prevention. Established in 1985, our team has steadily grown to include 25 skilled workers, delivering high-quality workmanship to businesses from Southampton to Eastbourne.
Thanks to our consistent growth, we have been able to invest in an extensive range of cherry pickers and access platforms, allowing us to offer very competitive rates for all internal and external painting and maintenance contracts. It has also enabled us to offer our own hire department, where customers can choose from an increasing number of platform models.
We currently offer more services than ever for clients that need assistance with at-height work. These include gutter cleaning, building inspection access, roof repairs, lighting maintenance and the installation of pest prevention systems. We also provide external cleaning services for most external finishes, including cladding, stone and Monocouche Render. Our DOFF steam cleaning system is safe and effective on delicate materials and kills any bacteria on the walls that causes premature discolouration.
Our team of IPAF qualified operators are able to carry out a variety of works and are happy to provide assistance with any project. The machines in our range are all less than 3 years old and can reach up to 48m high and 28m in outreach, making them ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor tasks.

We had a tricky project to complete in West Sussex that involved road closures, cherry pickers and painters, from our initial contact with MC Property Maintenance we found the friendly, informative manner and extremely helpful in getting this project completed, from making sure we had the correct cherry picker to providing an operator/painter who did an excellent job of the building.
Overall we were totally satisfied with the finished article, they even managed to leave the cat someone had painted on the building that our client wanted kept.
Tony Guess, the company's Sales & Marketing manager, supported and help us so much through this project. He is a great asset to MC Property Maintenance.
